Firefox of course... with Chris Pedricks "Web Developer Toolbar" B)
But even if I weren’t into web development, I would still prefer Firefox
over the other browsers...
FireFox (Web Developer + Firebug + Zend Studio Toolbar) the best.

Guys! Opers rulez! Really, it’s the best! I love it!
Opera and firefox are always running. Couldn’t make do without either one. Opera is primary because it also provides email and feeds/newsgroups in searchable format.
Firefox has some really neat development tools including the best lightweight ftp software available for OS X, fireftp. Firefox is the goto when opera won’t render non-compliant javascript. Also google apps and Opera seem to be at odds on how the right click should be controlled.
I use Firefox as my main browser, but I have been trying different alternatives as my secondary browser, for use on sites I log in to for privacy reasons.
I have used Firefox as a different user for this in the past. I have been using Konqueror, I tried Opera, but eventually settled on Galeon. Both Opera and Konq have problems with Javascripts on sites I use regularly (Google Analystics and Adsense in particular).

Have to use all the majors, no? IE, FF, Opera.. I use Konqueror as some indication of what might be happening in Safari, but I’m not sure how far the core rendering has diverged.
Anyone have any good methods of testing mobile content on your desktop?
