Umm . . . min height works. Put it on the wrapper.

Funny I read that wrong the first time . . . I guess we always expect that the problems will be with IE.

I can’t be bothered to fix it grin the "bug" is allready in the original mollio template, there’s nothing wrong with the ported template. I’ll inform the mollio’s author about it.

Has anyone ported the etomite mollio templates or created a template using mollio ?

I started to work on this but quickly noted alot of etomite variables. I have not yet checked to see if/how compatible their (eto) template is with modx.

        Thanks

There’s no need to "port" the mollio templates from etomite to modx. The snippets that it comes with are pretty useless in modx, because you can use TV’s to achieve much more with modx.

I use this template at one of my site, just copy paste the mollio template code to a new template and ftp the template resources to your webserver. Then use the modified dropmenu what I posted above in place of the dropdown menu and use normal dropmenu for any side menus if you need.

Get the breadcrumbs snippet and use it in place of breadcrumbs and for any other "side boxes" use TV’s if you need. It’s easy to set up, but if you need any help with it, feel free to ask!

BTW, If you need some starting point, I can zip my template up and attach it to the forums if needed.

I’m playing with the version from etomite ... it works.

However, doze said that TVs can be better put to use.

doze would you mind going into deeper detail or ziping up the files? I’d love to see what is different.

                Thanks!

I don’t have TV’s on the template myself, just thought that they would work much better with this template than separate snippets like in eto version.. Like the sidebar and featureboxes etc..

I don’t even have sidemenu on my template.. just the top one. That’s why I offered it as a starting point for people wanting to use this template and don’t know how to do it. But one could just as well take those eto templates and get rid of some of the snippets with TV’s. But I suggest that you use the modified dropmenu I posted above for the main menu instead of the eto one, because it does not output the menu code right. There’s no first and last classes at the menu items and because of that, there is small glitches in the dropdown menu outlook.

Fix for the jumping menu in IE:

remove position:relative from the css on #wrap

                    Enjoy! laugh

                      Doze,

I would like to see your zipped up template if the offer is still on the table. I too have gotten the etomite template to work..but am always in search of learning alternate if not, more efficient ways of doing things

                      Thanks
