Would someone please have a look on the template with Internet Explorer? There seems to be a strange behaviour with the menu, but I can’t proof it because I’m using Linux only.
Thank you!
bll0
In internet exploder, navigation jump to the top on loading page

moving the mouse over, navigation returns to original position

what a funny browser ie!
Unfortunately those few people that still use ie are the general population, and in fact that whole population is probably going to be using the new and improved broken version of ie here soon thanks to automatic updates from M$

Actually, we’ll have to support at least two or three differently broken versions of IE, since there will still be a very large number of people who have not yet been forced into an upgrade of their older versions of Windows, since IE 7 will only run in XP or Vista (when it actually does get released), so we’ll need to have special hacks for IE 6 and IE 7, as well as IE 5 and 5.5. The IE conditional section is going to be bigger than the rest of the template head!
Hi, I modified the DropMenu snippet to make the classes and ID’s the way that they are expected in this mollio template. Attached the code to this post, if anyone wants to use it. Works great. (btw, bll0, the problem you are having is because you don’t have &selfAsLink=`1` in the snippet call)
Call this menu with these parameters:
[!MollioMenu? &hereClass=`active` &topnavClass=`nav` &selfAsLink=`1`!]
"He can have a lollipop any time he wants to. That's what it means to be a programmer."
Looks good with IE6 atleast, so I guess yes.. Only thing what I’ve noticed that with IE the page "footer" bar is allways at the bottom of the window, no matter how much content in the site. But with FF, the footer comes right after the content.. didn’t feel like sorting it out, I just used min-height in #content to get the layout clean with FF too, but it would probably be easy to fix too..
"He can have a lollipop any time he wants to. That's what it means to be a programmer."
to fix the min height thing for IE, just feed a height to IE only via conditional comment. IE treats it as a min height instead of correctly as a height.
Yes, I know, but the problem was that mollio has a "floating footer" and it works in IE but not in FF.

Look
this page with IE and FF for example.
