revo website only loads when logged in manager??

GalleryCustomTV is the plugin with a number 4 next to it if that is any help

Go to Elements -> Manage Elements -> Plugins tab. The ID will be in parentheses next to the plugin name.

It looks like your core/cache directory might not be writable or has some other permissions or ownership issue.

Well im on a IIS server so dont think i can set permissions?

I have no experience with IIS (you’re experience is part of the reason why ), so someone else will have to suggest a solution.
