I think I got the idea why it happens!
I carefully looked through the databases (old and new ones) and saw the difference in prefix. My old site's database stores the content in the table
    modx_site_content
, but the new one stores it in
    site_content
    , without prefix "modx_".
So I suppose that's why I don't see the content.
And to be sure that everything will work fine, I won't change the table name, but I'll create the content again in site_content table and save modx_site_content as an archive data storage.
