  • I thought you were a server admin? tongue

Log in via ssh and navigate to the appropriate directory. From the command line type "ls -l" without the quotes. It will list all files and directories with the relevant permissions. Need it for the web root level (and the level that MODx is installed in if a subdirectory), inside the assets directory, cache folder and perhaps the manager folder as well. Maybe more, but that’s a start.

      • So what are the results for those folders? Just copy/paste them here inside bbcode code block tags.

I’m sorry, haven’t got around to it yet. I’m speaking with a Mr. Steven J. Michaels. Apparently, he’s the Chairman, Board of Trustees for the International Society of Poets. At any rate, he’s discussing with me joining some prestigious poets’ society.

Again, I’m sorry. I’ll be here as soon as I’m available(which probably not much longer, Lol. Sounds bogus. ) cool

It’s saying the directory doesn’t exist.

Not enough information. The "ls -l" command on it’s own doesn’t say a directory doesn’t exist, it merely lists what is in the current directory. And the current directory always exists. I politely suggest that the best way to get free help is to provide as much information as possible each time you run into a problem.

                  • Perhaps you should start with re-uploading your stuff. That or it’s time for a new server...honestly that’s a complete train wreck.
