How to move site from subfolder to main domain on the same server?

yeh I’ve had that problem, but it only seems to occur with some servers.

in the end. I solved the problem. Do not overwrite the new files! It does not change the names of directories and files so, it can not find the path. Before upgrading, erase all the files in "assets/snippets/" then upload the new files.
Doing so, run install directory again. Do upgrade. It works well, now
