Filesystem empty after update from 2.2 to 2.4.3

If nothing else works, that's what I'd do. I'd Recommend using UpgradeMODX to do the upgrades.

You might first take a look at your Media Sources. If the Filesystem one is messed up, that would explain what you're seeing. Right-click on it and select "Update Media Source" to see the fields.

Another thing worth trying is to make yourself a sudo user (then flush permissions and sessions). If that makes the files show up, it's definitely a MODX permissions issue.

Where do I right click on it?

From the Manager's top menu: Media -> Media Sources

The default Filesystem media source shouldn't have any path or URL settings.

I clicked on Update Media Source. Nothing has changed. Attached is what my Media Source: Filesystem looks like.

I'm guessing we should restore and try upgrading again. I'll try using UpgradeModx. Does that work on 2.2.16?

It should, though you might have to use the resource/snippet at first if 2.2.16 doesn't support Widgets -- I can't remember.
