Hi All,
I just updated a site from 2.2.16 to 2.4.3. Everything seems to be working however, the Filesystem show nothing. The files are obviously there, but I don't know how to get them showing again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Delete the core/cache directories. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

Check your permissions, on one or two occasions I've had updates change the status of the checkboxes in some policies.
The only time I've had your problem, though, was when my browser had cached the old .js files, and it was for some reason best known to itself reluctant to clear its .js cache.

Check error logs and your browser console for errors.

These are the only browser errors I get:

And the Modx Error log is blank.

What permissions should I check? Shouldn't the Filesystem be the whole directory the site is stored in?

It's possible that you missed some change by skipping version 2.3.0.
