Answered Image+ 2.4.0-pl with simple quote in translation

    Hi everybody,

    No translation available in French for Image+ 2.4.0 ! See my screen shot in attached.
    The file for French translation is in the right place ! Everything is translate !

    But like MIGX a few days ago i think it's the simple quote we use to write in French cause that problem :

    Exemple of simple quote in the translation :
    $_lang['imageplus.edit_image'] = 'Éditer l\'image';


    Bruno solved it for MIGX using double quote where need simple quote in text of translation and a double back slash for escape simple quote.
    $_lang['migx.remove_confirm'] = "Supprimer l\\'élément ?";

    Bruno change some code aswell in MIGX Extra to support this double quote and back slash (see post for MIGX).

      I don't think it's single quote because there some other translation with it and there no problem to see them on the manager.

      So i see there is some difference between the lexicon of my installation and the lexicon on github, i've update both (en, fr).
      After removing all the files in the core/cache, the lexicon in the cache is correct.

      But the error.image_too_small.msg still in English.

      So i found again another difference between the version installed and the version on github for this file :
      assets/components/imageplus/mgr/js/imageplus.panel.input.js 

      MODx.msg.alert("Image too small", "The selected image is too small to be used here. Please select a different image");

      MODx.msg.alert(_('imageplus.error.image_too_small.title'), _('imageplus.error.image_too_small.msg'));


      So i update the entire file to the new found on github.
      But nothing change, the message still in English.

        The error messages are not yet translated. They will be translated in the upcoming Image+ 2.4.1. At the moment the Dutch language is not finished and Italian is worked on. After this is finished, the version will be released.

            So I've change the compressed javascript and it works (only because i need it quickly).

            I will wait for the 2.4.1 version with all translated languages, if you need some help for french translation do not hesitate.
