MODX 2.3.5 Release

I missed the announcement of the MODX 2.3.5 release at first because the MODX server went down and it didn't show up in "Unread Posts."

In case this happened to you, it's here: https://forums.modx.com/thread/97556/revo-2-3-4-2-3-5-two-dozen-manager-fixes-and-more#dis-post-527502

We really need to get off of Discuss and onto a forum platform.

The odd thing is that it mostly crashes around the weekend. It's as if inactivity brings it down.
