Best way to export entire site as a package

You can take the backup, put the files in place, import the database, and all you need to do is change the paths in the three core.config.php files (in root, /connectors/ and /manager/) and edit the config.inc.php file to edit the database connection information and the paths and URL there. You may also have to go into the database and edit some paths or URLS in the "workspaces" table, although that's usually not necessary.

I have a commercial extra in the works called GoRevo that moves an Evo site to Revo. Someday, I'll convert it to do Revo to Revo transfers. It will be *much* easier than the Evo-Revo conversion.
