Good suggestion, but no luck.
It is odd, especially since it was working. I wonder if I may have set an ACL/permission incorrectly.

Update:
Looking back it was working (in 2.3.2) but after upgrading to Revo 2.3.3 that's when the problem started. That's all I can say with any certainty.
