MODX Evolution and Bootstrap 3 compatibility

I've used bare-bones grid CSS frameworks, like Kickstart, and I've used Bootstrap and Skeleton, as well as Foundation. I have found most of them to do too much, because invariably they need customization and that can be more difficult than just building your own, starting from a more basic framework.
