The search highlighting error is covered somewhere else and plagues people who downloaded 0.9.6.1p2 in the first 24-48hrs it was made available.
As for the other problem, this is simply an issue of adjusting the rb_base_dir path in your system settings.
In reality, rb_base_dir should never be used by anything other than the Resource Browser/Rich-Text Editors, so this is a bug with phX IMHO. Modify it to use $modx->config[’base_path’] . ’assets/path/to/file’ convention and the problem will not show up when you move from server to server.
