You seem to have lost ’plugins/phx/phx.parser.class.inc.php’ which is being included form the phx plugin code on line 10, either its really gone or you’ve got some other path error, looking at the phx plugin(1.4.4) its looking for an ’rb_base_dir’ from modx->config, check this in your config somewhere and has not been changed
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!
The path:
(/mnt/gs01/herd04/37232/domains/beautytalk.feelunique.com/html/assets/plugins/phx/phx.parser.class.inc.php)
is there and hasn’t been removed (like i said the server or system hasn’t been touched in weeks - and this is a recent error that popped up today.
OK, if the path is there and you have permissions to see it it must be the code that does this in the phx plugin :-
include_once $modx->config[’rb_base_dir’] . "plugins/phx/phx.parser.class.inc.php";
Note it uses $modx->config[’rb_base_dir’] to build the final path from, you need to check if this has changed it may not be resolving to :-
’/mnt/gs01/herd04/37232/domains/beautytalk.feelunique.com/html/assets/’ as it would need to do.
Although this is a fairly fundamental path. Can you run Modx at all, ie get to the manager?
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!
Check the event log to see if it has recorded any errors.
OK, by unchecking that event your just not calling the phx code for it, ie some parts of your site that needed this plugin might break now, have a look at your server logs when the fault occurred, or just try things like clearing the cache, this sometimes helps.
As a test hard wire the path into the phx plugin code, ie edit the plugin to include_once the full path, not the modx->config generated path. Re-check the event and see what happens, if it still cant find it you may have a permissions prob, what OS are you on?
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!
For what it’s worth, we had the same issue with PHx. The weird thing was that it worked fine on our test server, but once we uploaded it and enabled it on our live server, the site completely crapped out with the same error message you’re seeing. Our test server is running PHP5 while our live server is still using PHP 4.4.8.
We tried hard-coding paths into the PHx source code, checking directory permissions, checking file names, etc., and we could do absolutely nothing to make the error message go away. We wound up having to disable PHx and I haven’t been able to enable it since. I have no idea what could cause it.
