All suggestions were for filled.
The manager frame showe'd little more (except content frame on the left but still no significant progress to work with)

- In the mean time my developer has upgraded the manager to modx version 2.3
( css an javascript compression disabled )
- IE 11 an Chrome browsers were checked by program...and developer thought all was in order.
- If aquired he will forward me a http acces and error log

Hello,
Just to confirm you deleted the MODX Cache folder (located within the core folder)? Also can you try using private browsing/incognito to help confirm there isn't a local caching problem?

I just downloaded a In private tool (from a list that showed in the IE "popup") for IE because there was non installed
( I just installed the one with most stars > easy privacy )
I used in private to log in manager,...but no results
(I don't know if my developer cleaned Cache folder)
Believe he follows this thread so maybe he did it in front.

update
My developer gave me the suggestion > try to log in with a mobile Phone.
With the phone MODX manager seems to be in order.
Could the problem be:
- Mobile Phone and laptop work both wireless
- Both machines use the same internet connection(router)
- but both using different providers
Or:
- On windows XP i did use also a firefox browser after having IE browser problems (could not manage detail tekst and pictures)....( thought to see here, and came across that this browser isn't suitable for MODX )
- The first time i loged in with firefox all was working and could upload just 1 picture.
- After that, all went down as sinds i started this quote.
(sorry,...some things come across along some re-thinking)
