Recommendations for online livechat...

I’ve just been briefly looked at http://www.volusion.com/livechat_software.asp which was dead easy to setup but I think I need one that has a canned response feature.

Does anyone have any recommendations for online livechat software free/commerical?

You can try CraftySyntax... tons of features but old GUI, needs to be beautify, can make your own canned answers.
Also try HelpCenterLive... less features and nicer GUI, dont remember if it has canned answers.

The software license allows you to completely modify the code AND use on as many sites as you’d like for around $99-$130. This solution is only ideal if you plan on being the online support operator yourself, else you can always outsource. (Their company isn’t that easy to get in touch with...)

You can easily skin the chat window to match your theme, apply your logo, use multiple departments (sales, support, billing), initiate chats, operator-to-operator chats, real-time visitor footprints, statistics, fall-back email form (when offline), email of transcripts to customer, and of course CANNED MESSAGES and more

@charliez, had a look at the that, tons of features but looks ugly. I’ll have a look at HelpCenterLive.

@pixelchutes, I’ve come across that, looks nice and lots of features. Wasn’t sure about the hosted or own licences. But your

I’ve also come across LiveHelp Messenger - http://livehelp.stardevelop.com which looks nice and Chat4support - http://www.chat4support.com which offers a free 2 pro upgrade.
