tagLister.getResourcesTag: NOT returning tagged blog Articles, only regular site content. Please help.

Still stuck on this.

Can anyone help explain what the 'tagRequestParam' is?

I wonder if the tag system built into Articles (*tag) is interfering with the TV of *tags manually created and assigned.
