Problems with the Gallery

I installed the Gallery package from System/Packages/Extras/Gallery (http://rtfm.modx.com/extras/revo/gallery) but when I try to create an album from Compotents/Gallery/Create Album, no new album appears. Nor see I any error message. What can be the source of the problem? I have reinstalled it but it didn't help

I am having the same problem. Also, my current Gallery does not show. I looked at the database and the Gallery information is there. Something is point wrong and I can't figure it out.
