MODX Projects and Initiatives Trello Board

I've setup an open MODX Projects and Initiatives board on Trello with JP DeVires. You can view and join the board here: https://trello.com/b/0myRdhw4/modx

Our goal with this board is to keep track of the various ideas, concepts and MODX projects. Individual bugs and issues related to the main CMS software should always be logged and discussed on Github, and general discussions and help to be posted here on the forums.

There are many discussions on the forums or exchanges of tweets on Twitter which surface some great ideas, but they are rarely tracked and logged. This is a place to log and assign these tasks to a community member.

If you are unsure of where you can help then this board will hopefully be a good starting place. If there is something you want to help contribute towards add yourself to the item and move it to the "doing" column.

Feel free to join the board get involved!

Adam,

This is a great idea. I am not sure how you join a public board. I've used Trello before but am not entirely sure how to actually do anything but see the board.

Hmm ok maybe Trello allows an open board as read-only and I need to manually add new members.

Please let me know your Trello usernames/email and I'll add you.

I just added a bunch of stuff. I'm pretty excited about this. Like anything, I had the "one more thing to manage" concern, but I think Trello has a place for us.

I created a redirect so we can tell people:
http://modx.com/trello

and they will get redirect to the board.

Looking good now, there's plenty of cards for some interesting discussion points.

I researched and it looks like we'll need to manually add new members, which is fine, it will help us cut back on any possible spam, but its open for anyone to read.

The http://modx.com/trello URL is a great idea! Maybe rename it modx.com/projects or modx.com/initiatives so its more descriptive to the purpose of the board? Lets see if a few more people are interested in helping with this?

Hi Adam
