I have no resource groups setup, never touched the ACL entries (and frankly they make my eyes cross). I did the manual cache clear and compress css and js is turned off.

What happens if you use the search field at the top of the Resource tree? Do they show up in the search results?

I just started moving resources around in the tree by drag and drop and the issue fixed itself... again. I doubt this will be stable though. Doing the search now seem a bit redundant :/

Check your site_content table to see if it needs to be repaired.

I went for the other option... since I didn't have a lot of content or elements I just decided to copy and paste by hand into a new cloud. Not fun but saving me a headache. Thanks guys!

I started a new website in Modx Cloud two days ago and now for some reason one resource and all it's children simply won't show in the resource tree. I checked the database and everything looks fine (not hidden in the tree etc), the pages show on the front-end, Batcher recognizes the resources and can act on them, I cleared the cache (of modx and my browser) and I am out of options of things I know to do.

The only thing I can think of is that one of the child resources is a Grid-Class-Key type and there is an Articles container at the same level as the missing resource, but I have never had that cause an issue before.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Which GCK version are you using?
I don't think that conflicts to Articles, though.
If they have been installed for sometimes without trouble, then you might want to investigate the latest package, plugin in particular, you installed.

It'd be helpful if you elaborate more how to reproduce the bug.

              Regards

Something happened when I was moving documents around in the site tree. Something with the AJAX got it's wires crossed. I re-did all the menuindex values for the site and it worked.
