      Well, your original site was on an old version of Evo, so there's no guarantee that Revo will play nice. That's an odd server, looks like it uses some kind of Parallels VM, with a control panel I'm not at all familiar with. So you may be having database issues, or memory limit issues when trying to install Revo.

        Well, at least that points me in a better direction! I saw links to older versions of ModX. I'll wait to hear back from my original designers before I do anything else. THANK YOU so much for ALL your help!

          The best thing would be to simply restore a backup of your original site. Upload the files, create a database with the same name and user as in your original manager/includes/config.inc.php file, and import the latest .sql file you have from a backup.
