Weird, it doesn't work (with YAMS).
yesterday it did thow.
MODX encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
« Execution of a query to the database failed - Duplicate entry '2001:980:3fa4:1' for key 'PRIMARY' »

After deleting DB tabels it works again.
I also changed the way I was calling the snippet so I guess that was the problem (calling it NL and calling the snippet EN), now only 1 call and translation only for " users online" text.

I've never used YAMS. I helped on setting up a multilingual page some years ago (
http://pjp.se/index_en.html)
using snippets, tv's and plugins and realized that the problem was getting the publisher to fill out the second language.
I totally missed out on using mm_requireFields
Anyway glad you got it sorted out!
I think its not Yams, got it working again yesterday after reinstall.
Checked today and there was no error, but I noticed the users online ammount looked like it was caching. After
clearing cache the error came back again.

Don't call the snippet from a chunk! Place it in the correct template!
With YAMS there is only one template, when placing it directly into the template I still get the error.
Dunno whats going on. I will test it on an other website without Yams
