      Well, I have to say that sometimes if there is a hardware failure the host may have no choice. Ultimately it is up to the web developer to keep a current backup, and to backup frequently during development. It’s quite simple to at least back up the database from the Manager; it wouldn’t be excessive to do a database backup every day when adding pages or working with templates or adding users.
