Yeah all looks good in the config files. I don't have url rewriting on or .htaccess activated. I'm probably looking at a start from scratch. I'm very puzzled.
I'm beginning to suspect goDaddy. I've read an awful lot of posts by people having trouble with MODX there. If you have access to another hosting service, you might try just moving the site.
