Resource Manager shows folders, but no files

When going to the resource manager say, to insert an image into a page, all the folders load but no images show up that are in the any of the folders. "No files match the specified filter." with no filter specified.

Additional information: Revo 2.2.8 & Site was moved, everything works but this issue.

Is there any text or spaces in the 'Filter' field?

No text or spaces, even hit backspace a couple times and no new result.

Are you using the default 'Filesystem' media source? If you are try checking that the 'allowedFileTypes' setting is blank and that 'skipFiles' is correct.

If your using a custom media source try it with 'Filesystem' instead.

You could also check that your usergroup is using the 'Media Source Admin' policy.

Media Source Admin in place (super admin). Default Filesystem also (not customized). AllowedFileTypes is blank (reset it to blank also). and I Deleted all entries in "skipFiles" to try to see something!

No new result, no files shown.

Can you upload a file? If so, FTP or SSH to your server and see where the file ended up.

Here is a series of images that support the issue

Step1.jpg: File Directory "uploads" shows empty

Step2.jpg: Upload Image "jarvis.JPG"

Step3.jpg: No Files still showing on Resource Browser

Step4.jpg: FTP Showing image uploaded to "uploads" directory.

Looks like it may be related to missing a PHP module - mbstring:
