Trouble Using Provisioner?

I would incorporate it regardless: my fork simply made the error messages more readable and more accurate. The problem is that if you dump the HTML response into the pop-up, it is completely unreadable when the response is a 404 page from the Evo site. You get an enormous pop-up and any useful information as to what went wrong is pushed off the screen so the user is left scratching their head. So the fixes submitted really have nothing to do with the version of Evo. I also added a bit in the Lexicon to specify the correct install location for the revogateway. Again, that has nothing to do with the Evo version.

Thanks for your hard work on this! It's a shame to have people fall off the wagon just because something as trivial as message formatting.
