Most of those are snippets, not plugins, and they really shouldn't be affected by the Articles uninstall.
One possibility is that you have a leftover plugin from Articles that's attached to one of the events that fires when a page is loaded.
First, see if there's anything in the MODX Error Log (Reports -> Error Log).
If not, try disabling all your plugins and clear the site cache (you can deactivate them by right-clicking on them in the Elements tree). If that fixes it, it's a plugin problem and you can re-enable them one at a time until things go bad to find out which one.
