It might be nothing (A localized spelling? Or maybe you deliberately renamed it for security reasons?) but all the paths in the error log contain the word managerer. Shouldn't it be manager?
ie: /manager/templates/default/css/xtheme-modx.css
not /managerer/templates/default/css/xtheme-modx.css
I am not sure how this part of the path is specified, but presume others could advise? Is it in your /manager/.htaccess file or a config file?
