Hi,
I am getting problem while moving the development from local machine to client server. Front end is working fine but the manager backend is not showing any UI, after logging in it is still not showing the UI, only it is showing the lines of menu and standard text. I have tried to reinstalled which got successful but still the problem lies there. I have checked all the config files. I didnot got any success. While I check the chrome debugger I get following error.

In your database table for {modx_}system_settings you might try to disable the compression for JS and CSS. There are two entries (compress_js and compress_css) that you can set the values to "0" (zero) and then clear site cache manually (remove all folders and files in the /core/cache/ folder). Then try to reload your manager URL.

How did you move the site? (ftp file by file) if you did a standard FTP migration using file to file then I'd strongly recommend zipping the site up locally and transfer just the single zip file and then unzip on the new server. There are a lot of files and most ftp programs will reports success when there are file transfer errors. The single zip file of all site files is a sure way to ensure all files are intact.
Then of course rerun your ModX setup.

Check all the paths and urls in core/config/config.inc.php, especially the manager ones.

From the looks of the errors then possibly your base href value is incorrect. If your local site was in a folder "/mitoni-new-site/" and now it's a top level that would cause this as all the request for resources are appended with "/mitoni-new-site/" before the resource. Double check your /core/config/config.inc.php file around line 45:
if (!defined('MODX_BASE_PATH')) {
$modx_base_path= '/var/www/sites/modxrevo/';
$modx_base_url= '/';
define('MODX_BASE_PATH', $modx_base_path);
define('MODX_BASE_URL', $modx_base_url);
}
Note the $modx_base_url as the base path used.

Can you try Firefox. This sounds a lot like an issue I have with Chrome every now and then. Try logging into your manager with Firefox after emptying your cache and see if there's a difference.
