Problems after server change

The next things to try are:

Turn off the compress_js and compress_css System Settings
Log out
Repair the DB tables in PhpMyAdmin
Manually delete all files in the core/cache directory
Clear your browser cache and cookies (leftover cookies can cause all kinds of weirdness)
Log back in

Did all that but no effect.

the parents are all correct, i checked everything in the database (+on the old installation it still runs fine, and I haven't added any sites). 1 problem was that a parent's »is_folder« value was 0, i changed that and i cleaned some other things in »site_content« but no effect.

OK. we're running out of causes. The only other thing I can think of is that one or more of the core file got corrupted in transfer. This is fairly common if you use FTP to transfer the individual files.

That, or you have set some MODX permissions that are preventing the Resources from showing.

The only other thing I could think of was possibly missing "class_key" (modDocument) or "content_key" (web) from the modx_site_content entries. Have you checked those?

Do you see the "web" context in the tree, but just no documents beneath it?

Can you monitor your JavaScript console for any client-side errors loading the MODX Manager that may give additional insight?

Are you logged in as the admin Super User?

Have you created any Context Access or Resource Group Access ACL entries?

show_in_tree

and

hide_children_in_tree

columns for your modx_site_content resources?

No, it is the same database as on my other server, where the site is still running. and there it shows the tree.

- Checked, they are fine.
- I see the »web« context in the tree. only the documents are missing.
- How?

Already checked them. They are fine too

Nearly forgot to report how I worked it out... After the PHP version got updated and i set up all again it worked. So it may have been the PHP version or basically everything else.
