Rampart with Formit

Has anyone used rampart with FormIT. I have some questions regarding how well does it work and if it does as good a job as something like recapthca for blocking any spam.

Thanks,

I just did a form with Rampart, Mail, AND the concept here http://bigbuddymarketing.com/eliminate-spam-in-modx-eform-without-captcha

Yeah, I've got all three in the form which doesn't tell me which one works, but so far I've not seen any more spam on this account.

There's some additional info here:

I meant "Math", not "Mail". sorry

Does Math work with MODX 2.2.6? They removed this OutputModifier.

You can easily create your own modifiers; they're just snippets. http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Custom+Output+Filter+Examples

Seems to work. I just tested with a correct answer and an incorrect answer.
