Stop spam in formIt

I'm using formIt and would like some way other than Captcha to eliminate spam.

I found this, but it's for eForm and I'd prefer not to have to learn eForm at the moment and stick with formIt.

The concept of this sounds plausible, I just don't know how to do it with formIt.

you just need to to use the isDate - validator for this field to get the same effect.

Also check out the math hook packaged in with FormIt, as well as the extra Rampart.
