    Hello

The SubscribeMe Add-on crashes my site.

Fatal error: Call to a member function checkForExpiredSubscriptions() on a non-object in /home/.../public_html/core/cache/includes/elements/modplugin/17.include.cache.php on line 40

    Same problem as this post:

    https://forums.modx.com/thread/80758/solved-fatal-error-checkforexpiredsubscriptions---viewing-resource

My problem is a little different. When I go to the Package Browser I cant find SubscribeMe anymore.
    Has it been removed ?
It seems like I have to reinstall it to get my site up and running again. Classic Catch 22.

What also troubles me is that I am not using SubscribeMe in any of my templates and still it crashes my website. Had the same issue with Babel and Polls, but these I could re-download and install.

My second question. If i am not using any of these Add-ons and Modx still looks for them when creating the pages. Won´t that effect the speed of the website ??

    Kindly
    Daniel

In the database i was able to find 5 tables:

      revo_sm_paypal_token
      revo_sm_product
      revo_sm_product_permissions
      revo_sm_subscription
      revo_sm_transaction

Is it safe to drop these tables ??

I have removed all of my add-ons and re-installed only the ones I use, still I find tables for all of the old ones.
The old add-ons also left their Chunks and TV´s inside the manager.
      Is this normal ?
Does anyone know how to clean this up ?

      Best Regards

Yes, it's safe to remove those tables. When removing a package, it's necessary to check for leftover files and elements, particularly plugins. The plugin element is not removed but all of its files are gone, so the plugin will try to run and crash.
