Sorry you haven't received responses to your questions. I assure you there is a significant volume of posts and responses on the forum daily. Sometimes depending on the question or the information provided people do not respond. I have moved your TinyMCE questions to the TinyMCE subforum where they would get more focused attention. Your issues do not seem to be normal and likely have to do with the server environment or possibly a bad install.
