[SOLVED] 500 Error on my template files

Hi Guys. I just uploaded a client's site - ran setup without errors - however, when I go to the front-end, none of the template files - the css, js and images - are loading. When I check using Chrome dev tools, each file has this error:

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) "

The back-end works fine, and I can see the images from my resources.

Ok - the support guys from ixwebhosting (where this particular site is being hosted) spotted an htaccess file in the assets/templates folder that ws blocking access to the files. After renaming this file, everything works now.
I'm guessign not many people will have this problem, but in case anyone does... that might help.
