A hint: the manager tells me that assets/components can not be created. Well. I already have that folder, and its full of files. Maybe there is some dash missing somewhere in the config?

I switched the server config from "run php as apache" to Fast CGI. Now the manager is back with all its contents. The site: at least the content. No templates.

Its a 403 on the stylesheets. How did that happen?

Well... not entirely back. Some getresources calls are missing content. But I'll get this working.
