I’ve tested both with and without use_alias_paths here locally and seem to be having no problem getting it to work as I expect. I’ve also tried it with and without a friendly URL suffix. Do either of you have additional plugins attached to either of those events? If so, try re-sorting them so this one comes first in the execution order.

Good call. At times, I forget about the ability to sort my plugin events (which btw is such an awesome feature!)

    I will report back...

    Update:
    OnPageNotFound:
    CaseInsensitiveURLs

    OnWebPageInit:
    CaseInsensitiveURLs
    SEO Strict URLs

If I change the order, I am still getting the 404. If I disable SEO Strict, as before, still nothing... I am going to re-copy/paste the plugin??

    Update:
It appears that both of the
    isset ()
functions have a space between isset and the first (
However, this doesn’t seem to impact it negatively. ( or positively when changed to isset() )

Turns out, I have to add an "exit;" after the $modx->sendRedirect to get my page to redirect...
    CentOS /Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) PHP/5.2.3

NOTE: This plugin plays nicely with SEO Strict URLs plugin regardless of whether I have this plugin running first in order of events or not.

The ’exit;’ command worked! Thanks guys! Finally, case insensitive URLs!

      Cheers,

Wierd; I’ve added the exit(); into the plugin code provided in the original post.

          Hi there,

i’ve got modx-0961p2 installed and currently trying to get non case-sensitive URLs to work, i added the "NC" parameter to the rewrite rule but that didn’t work....so i tried the plugin but i’m still redirected to my 404 page.
is the above code still up to date or is there any other solution for non case-sensitive URLs?

          cheers, jan

somehow "no suffix" in the configuration was the cure...

            cheers, j
