I've done everything... but even after running setup in upgrade mode nothing have changed.
I've turned off all the compressions, but still I have errors. And get infinite system settings loading.
I'll try to create another database and subdomain to test a fully new installation. If I'll still get errors, I think I'll contact my hosting support.
Fully Reinstalled modX using new database and subdomain, doublechecked charsets, but... nothing changed.

Modx CAN read settings from DB, it's mean that connection to sysstem_setting datatable exist .But in 'System Settings' is nothing shown and 'infinity loading'.
I think problem in permission, modx can't read some files with settings. Which setting files using by 'System Settings' page?
