Hi to all,
I have a mulitple context setup for the multiple domains.
Each context has it own templates (landing & subpage template)
Context 1 : (template 1, template2)
Context 2: (template 3, template4)
Context 2: (template 3, template4)
My question:
Is it possible to hide (Context2,& context 3 uses templates) when user's login into context1.
Thanks in advance

I'm not clear on your question. Are you trying to hide templates in the Elements tree, or trying to hide fields on the Create/Edit Resource panel, or trying to hide something in the front end?

HI Bob,
I have 3 domains with 3 context setup and each domain has it own template (landing page & subpages)
I am using the Form Customization to hide the unnecessary fields for resource editing & creating.
All i wanted is to hide other uses template which is not belong to other context.
Regards

I'm still confused. There's no "other uses template" in MODX that I'm aware of. Where are these things that you want to hide -- in the Elements tree?

Hi Bob,
Im sorry if i make you confuse..
Here is my screenshot for my existing setup and current problem.
I think he wants to hide the templates used by the other contexts when the "uses template" drop-down is used when editing a resource.

Hi susan,
Actually have a set my form customization for each context. But i don't see any options how to hide other UsesTEMPLATE ID (Create /Edit Resource).. The only option only i have seen is to hide the field for UsesTEMPLATE (Create /Edit Resource).
Then perhaps what is needed is to create three categories to match the three contexts, and put the templates in those three categories. A plugin could be used to determine the context being worked with, and remove the templates not in the category of the same name.
Unless I'm missing something and there is a way to associate templates with contexts?
