I fully support "support".
We are power users - but I would love to have on-hand assistance for complex projects, particularly where time is of the essence.

Well, this IS a tightly run ship (if that’s the word for it in English). You guys seem to be able to offer a full-blown commercial support for enterprise clients AND stick to your roadmap!
And you don’t leave everybody else behind either, as you are offering a non-ticket based support in the private forums as well, even if this will be more about giving hints where to look and what to do and not about instant problem solving. As I will fall into the second segment my question is whether you have to pay for one year in advance for OS1 or if you can quit it once a problem is solved, and then subscribe again when you have another problem you can’t deal with by yourself and don’t get answers for in the public forums?
Greetings, Alex
Hey guys is this running yet

Hmm,
what’s covered with an ’On Demand Support Incident Ticket’?
