Revo v2.2.3 Issue - Listbox TV not saving?

    I have a Listbox (single) TV that I use to create a dropdown selection from a list of Gallery Albums.

    For the input options, I use the following query:

    @SELECT `name`, `name` as id from `[[+PREFIX]]gallery_albums` where active=1 and parent>0 ORDER BY `parent`, `name`


    I have settings like "Allow Blanks" set to "Yes", as well as "Force Selection to List" set to "true"

    Upon upgrading to Revolution v2.2.3, I'm noticing that when I Save a Resource, this value is being truncated from the database!

    I manually put a record directly into the database (e.g. modx_site_tmplvar_contentvalues) and even see the pre-select working correctly when I go to Edit Resource. However, upon saving, the record is deleted from the database.


    So far my other TVs seem safe. Can anyone else confirm Listbox TVs working correctly when updating a Resource in MODx Revo v2.2.3?

      This is interesting... seems it may be related to my version of Chrome (OS X 10.7.4 / Chrome 21.0.1171.0 dev)

      I cleared ALL cookies, closed and re-opened, etc. but the same issue with Saving TVs crops up.

      When Saving the Resource in Safari or Firefox, the issue goes away...

      I have filed the following Issue: http://tracker.modx.com/issues/8106 ...however I wonder if this can just be closed. I will try a non-edge build of Chrome and see if the issue persists. [ed. note: pixelchutes last edited this post 14 years, 3 months ago.]

        CONFIRMED downgrading Google Chrome to latest stable version 19.0.1084.56 corrects the issue I was having.
