Hi,
I just tried the twitter notification in the Articles-plugin (1.6.0). It does seem to work, but partly. I have created an article without tags. In the tweet I got the title, the link (tinyurl, first gave 'error' in the tweet, but that is misteriously gone now) and a hash-tag as a single character. Somehow that seems correct, as I didn't enter any tags for my article.
So far so good. But I wanted to get rid of the #-character. So I created my own twitter-template and entered that one in the twitter-template field:
[[+title]] [[+url]] [[+hashtags:notequalto=`#`:then=` [[+hashtags]]-[[+hashtags:strlen]]`]]
I also replaced the inline hashtags-validation with the IF-plugin code or just hard coded text. Without luck. No changes in the message that got posted via twitter (that's why I got the 'strlen' modifier still mentioned).
I've not (yet) updated the articles plugin. Got errors every previous time, on multiple sites and more important, the change-report does not mention anything like this has been fixed.
Does anyone has an idea where to look for to make it work (or what to change) ? Or is it a bug?
Thanks in advance!
Maurice
