Thanks Ben, that sounds great. Taking a look at MIGX now, do you need to know much php to get it working? That galleria looks great too. Plus looks like it handles mobile really well.
I did get much better results with the galleriffic plugin, so thanks for that suggestion. Hopefully I can get it styled the way I want. Although I don't seem to be able to use a separate placeholder for the thumbnail unit, which means fiddling through lots of css and tpl files.
OK I have MIGX up and running. Using the examples in the documentation. I have it working with a dummy resource and I can fill in a title and description and there is an image tab, but I have to type in the url for the image. Is there a way to pull up a navigator window to select an image from the server (or local) rather than type the path? I have tried setting my imageTV to be an image type and a file type but still have to input the path as text.
Thanks,
David

Did you make sure that the TV 'imageTV' has the name 'imageTV'? You can name it whatever you want as long as you use the same name in the JSON-string. The only thing to try is to make sure that it is properly linked to the correct template variable. And the TV needs to have an image input type.
What version of Revo are you running?

Hi Ben, posted it to the MIGX troubleshooting thread too, and yes my TV wasn't named correctly. I have a feeling I copied it straight from the example so maybe it is slightly different than what is written in the documentation where I took other elements. Either way got it up and running, and now having fun with styling and JQuery (what I wanted to spend my time on!!!).
Thanks for all your assistance through this and suggestions of alternatives, you've been a tremendous help.
