New install help

Double-check all the paths in core/config/config.inc.php, especially 'MODX_PROCESSORS_PATH'.

Forgive the blonde question...

I too am still getting a Could not find action file error in the Manager after updating the path in the config.in.php file and clearing the cache and flushing the sessions. I would like to try manually deleting the files in the cache folder but... my cache folder just contains a load more folders. Before I do anything that might break my site, when you say "delete the files in the cache folder", do you mean delete all these folders and leave the cache folder empty?

(Revo 2.1.5 btw)

Yes, MODX will regenerate them automatically. Just be sure you're in the core/cache directory when you do it.
