Manager unusable after upgrade from 2.1.2 to 2.2 [sqlsrv]

This is fixed in the latest 2.2.1 nightlies (please test) and will be available as 2.2.1-pl shortly.

Two days ago I installed MODX Revolution 2.2.0-pl2 and had the same problem, the Manager bar was with no functions, all empty, all menu links bringing to nothing and I said to myself: "and now... what I do??" I reinstalled and reinstalled many times and always the same result. Then tried this and now it seems it WORKS! I am happy because my purpose is to use MODX for my Web Design Business instead of other CMS I have been using for years. So I can go on now and move the first steps with Modx!

no changes made (I cannot do anythings!)
no snippets
no pluging, nothing imported

version 2.2.1 has been already published as stable.

From my previous experience it is better to use stable version in production environment, since nightlies (especially those of next versions) could have minor problems as well.
