Issues with the Manager being unstyled in Revo 2.2.0-rc1

Finally got the chance to reinstall using the nightly from Dec.16, and the manager shows up just fine for me now.

I'm still having this problem.

Server Software: IIS/6.0
MySQL: 5.0.91-community
PHP: 5.2.13

MODX-Revo 2.2.0pl2 Trad (it's the version uploaded 04/01/12)

edit: also tried this: "You can turn off the compress_js and compress_css settings in the system_settings table (then manually clear the cache) and use the manager for now."
