To be honest i can't realy remember. But i think it was because i was looking for a usergroup to add in the permissions TAB.
Turns out it doesn't work like that.
there has to be a RESOURCEgroup that the USERgroup has access to. then you can choose that RESOURCEgroup in the 'Access permissions' TAB of the TV.
