Access Denied in manager files

    You might also double check your File System settings in the Manager System Settings section, just double check that any defined properties are correct.

    Can you post your access log from Apache and also any logging in the ModX log manager as well.

    If you can and/or would be willing if you could provide SSH access and Manager access I can take a closer look. (send in PM)

      1) I disabled all the plugins, cleared cache and then tried again but that also doesnt work.
      2) I compared "file system" settings with working site and settings are fine.

          As you see in the log, you have an error in your custom plugin; it can't find your class.

            @opengeek : Access denied error is because of that ?? I think its something else and it has nothing to do with this error. is it ?

              It's a PHP Fatal Error, IOW it is stopping PHP execution at that point.
